One of my favorite things about living in Indiana is, its close proximity to many major cities.
Since moving here, we’ve been able to visit a few of those cities, offering our children experiences and opportunities that we ourselves didn’t have.
Like waking up early on a Saturday morning and heading to the “Windy City” for a bike adventure along Lake Michigan.
How about road tripping it to Madison, Wisconsin on a hunt for the country’s most famous badger.
While living in the Crossroads of America has been great, and gives us access to several major highways, I’m reminded there is only ONE way to the Father –– Jesus Christ.
Look at Jesus’s response, when Thomas expressed his concerns: “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” He responded: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father expect through Me.” John 14:6 NKJV
There may be several ways to road trip across the country, however, there is only ONE way to God.
Today, if you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the Bible promises, if you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 NIV
Maybe you have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, but your faith is stale and your relationship is strained, I challenge you to allow the grace of God to usher you back into a cohesive relationship with Him.
Have a blessed weekend!
