“Whoa! He even knows how many hairs we have on our heads?!”

These are the words of my 8 year old as she was in the middle of her personal reading time of God’s precious word.

Fascinated with this truth she went on to say, how impossible it would be for her to count every hair on her head but God knows.

Matt 10:30 And even the very hairs on your head are all numbered.

I’ve read this scripture and heard it many many times but this particular day, these words were profound to me.

She encouraged me with God’s truth.  She’d reminded me that God cares about the intricate details of our lives.

My… was that sweetness for my soul.

Our Father knows everything about us.  He loves us that much.

He knows how many hairs Janiya has on her head, how many hairs I have on my head, and how many hairs you have on yours.

What an incredible Father he is!

May we always be in awe of His word and the love that He continues to show us.
